Just wanted to share what a gem of a trainer we have found in Tasha Williams. She has considerable knowledge with numerous workouts and healthy tips as well. We are on a fitness journey and can honestly say that Tasha has been very helpful in helping us achieve our goals. If you are looking for a solid trainer that knows how to help you get in shape-seek her out!

Please consider implementing a headphone policy. This is the only gym Ive attended that does not have one, and the noise from personal devices is disruptive for members seeking a quiet workout environment.

Joined yesterday, the staff is so nice and courteous and the facility is amazing. This place is great
