I started coming in May 2025 and I havent stopped coming. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I started with the 21 day program and continued with the 6 week program. Both programs keep you accountable to your goals. Highly recommend trying it out. Mariah has been great at keeping me accountable and pushes me to go heavier and try different workouts. Jeff is awesome and always has a smile on his face.

I've been a member off and on since 2018 to current. The current owners really made the environment more personable, friendly, and exciting.

Jeffreeeee is the best! Everytime Im there he greets me with such a warm welcome. The camp wouldnt be the same without him!
