I started HIST here in May 2025 weighing 180. The staff welcomed me, with excitement and have been extremy uplifting throughout my journey here. The support and encouragement from other members has been a great too, always there rooting each other along. Proud to say Im down 40 lbs and feel stronger then I ever have before. I am so very thankful for The Camp Rancho in all the support and the energy they bring along with seeing all the familiar faces showing up everyday just like me!
