I was fortunate enough to experience Teal Fitness and have to also rave about it with equal enthusiasm as my fellow reviewers.While I only attended classes for 2 straight weeks, one thing stands out and that is both Janelle and Quinton, the energy to push you through each of the various classes is unprecedented, and each class feels different, challenging but rewarding.Classes start super early for those who are either early risers or suffer with insomnia and continue throughout the morning period. Afternoon sessions start from 4pm and go to 7pm.As classes are slot based you must book in advance, especially for the early morning sessions as they fill up early. Also if you feel like you've got some energy left in the tank... (You won't) You can always do a double class! It's also worth noting that if you book within an hour of the class planning to start it won't show up. So make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get your name down.One of the main things which I loved is that Teal Fitness is a community, where fellow attendees motivate and inspire each other to get one more rep or hit a goal.There is something deeply personal about feeling supported to succeed and I think the reviews are testimonies which echo the same principles.If you're local to North Charlotte, Huntersville and beyond, I guarantee that if you put the effort in you'll be sweating the rewards and showing the results before you know it!

TEAL Fitness has been a game changer for me. Got introduced by my friends and in just few weeks of working out I can already see great improvements in my body. Best thing here is that all the sessions are group classes which will motivate and help you push your limits. Quinton and Janelle has been great in terms of helping and guiding on how to do the work outs correctly and effectively. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great HIIT work out in less than 45 min.
