I highly recommend TAP IT CYCLE! The staff and members are extremely supportive and welcoming to new members! Jenny is an outstanding instructor. For me as a novice, Jenny's class was super easy to follow, had great music and was a fun workout/calorie burn!

Tap it cycle is awesome. The instructors are great. The classes are fun. They really push you to get into shape.
