they don't answer calls and very unprofessional

The facilities looked nice. We signed up for a summer camp. The office was locked and we were unsure of who the coaches were. Overall did not feel very welcoming. Introductions would have put my child at ease to at least stay and experience the camp. I've also emailed and called with no response. Edited to add I did receive a refund.
