DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. We had a membership for about 4 months from last summer until November. We decided to cancel our memberships in November, went through the proper channels, and got documentation showing they canceled them. Come to find out this April that they were still billing us for my wifes membership. Ive called and left countless voicemails and sent emails, driven up during the day, only to find ZERO staff on hand and have never received a call back or email. Its been two and a half months and theyre still trying to bill me. Ive tried blocking them through the bank, but since no one answers the banks calls, the bank wont process the block.So now Im hoping this honest negative review about their terrible business practice will get their attention. If you will actually communicate and process a refund for all the bogus charges, Ill be happy to edit this review. Until then, I firmly suggest no one gets tied up with these guys because they are impossible to cut ties with.

This Gym is apparently closing down permanently while still taking new membership signups. I signed up over 2 weeks ago and paid the initial 2 month membership fee but never received building access information. Ive called and emailed their support lines multiple times for information to access with no response. Then on July 7th I received my first email from them ever, which noted that they are closing down. Now I'm trying to get a refund on my membership fees, so far to no Avail
