They have great workout classes. What keeps me coming back is the music! It is upbeat, great energy and it's always popping!! The workouts are challenging but easy to get through at your own pace/level. There are multiple coaches that are always assisting and encouraging. I also love how easy to get into a class and you are never late! The only downside might be the parking, but I've always found parking in the garage behind the gym. You should give it a try. You're first class is free!

I had a very disappointing experience with their membership cancellation process. I cancelled my membership both verbally and via email, yet I was still charged for the following month. Unfortunately, the same issue happened again the next month, resulting in two unauthorized charges on my credit card that I now have to dispute. I contacted the studio manager, but the issue remains unresolved, and the assistance provided has not been helpful. This situation is especially frustrating because I actually enjoyed working out at the studio and had positive experiences before this happened. However, the way this cancellation was handled has completely changed my perception. I hope the studio will review its cancellation process and address this issue properly, as charging customers after they have clearly cancelled their membership is unacceptable. At this point, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this studio until this issue is resolved.
