Sweat Panda CrossFit

Fabulous coaches! Wonderful group of supportive gym members who are excited with you on the good days and encourage you on the not so good days. Im able to do things in 5 months that I have never been able to do in my life.

Typically I like to keep things brief, but where do I begin.Well maybe a year ago Thanksgiving when my daughter had been urging me (for months) to do the fundamentals class at and then just try it for a month she said.I was a 75 year old female. Was only walking for exercise. At the encouragement of my husband, I begin to go to class pretty much every am except when I was out of town. Boy did the coaches ever have to scale things down for me, as is still the case. But oh my stars the benefits!!! Be they ever so subtle, but so noticeable in my day to day living. And speaking of the coaches, I look forward to each one of them, as they all, in their own way, seem to bring something wonderful to each class!!I must be honest, I dont really feel like getting up at 4:50 each morning or even the actual work out, but after class, I feel so refreshed and like the blood in my veins is actually moving. Im able to perform easy household tasks that were becoming oh so difficult in my somewhat sedentary state. Im able to open jars, reach places that use to be difficult.Dry my hair without my arms getting fatigued before I was finished, keep myself from falling on numerous occasions, get up off the floor without help, the list just goes on and on!!! So although I could go on about the benefits of Sweat, remember I wanted to keep it brief!Oh I didnt even mention how kind, welcoming and helpful everyone is here at SP, no matter what level you find yourself!Thomas~~thank you, thank you, thank you, for this community you have built here. I just love being a part of it!!! I try to convince my old friends of the tremendous benefits of joining Sweat Panda, but until you try it, you really dont know. If anyone wants to feel better in their day to day lives, I would strongly urge you to be a part of this gym. I have belonged to many different gyms in my now 76 years and nothing comes even close to comparing with Sweat Panda.

Great small CrossFit box with warm and lovely people and wonderful coaches whom are welcoming and take the extra time to further educate themselves to be better coaches for their members.100% recommended by me, who has been to many CrossFit boxes around the world. Do come here to train!
