Great gym for women! Owned by a woman and one personal training session is included in membership so you can learn how the machines work. I never went to a gym before but now that Im approaching 40 I know I need to do weight training, and Carla made it so accessible. Definitely recommend. Way better than planet fitness.

Ive been going to this gym for a little over a year now, and I can confidently say its been a great experience. The environment is welcoming and hospitable, and the facility is always very clean and well maintained.A huge part of why Ive stayed is my personal trainer, Carla. Shes fantasticvery personable and easy to work with, but also extremely attentive when it comes to proper form and technique on the machines. She genuinely cares about doing things the right way, which makes a big difference in both confidence and results.Overall, this is a gym where you feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean space with knowledgeable, attentive trainers.
