Studio One Portsmouth (formerly Mission Portsmouth)

Joining Studio One has been a transformative experience in my life. I want to scream it from the rooftops! I am a different person now, both physically and mentally, than six-plus months ago when I joined. Coming to classes here has become oxygen for me, literally I NEED IT. This place is something much, much more than a gym or fitness studio; it is a community and atmosphere that will invest in you just as much as you invest in it.

I recently got a new member trial membership at Studio One in Portsmouth and I love it so much I have been going almost every day! There is such a great variety of classes to choose from so you are not doing the same thing every day. I have done cycling, mat pilates, fusion, strength training and have been very impressed by all of the formats. Shoutout to Rachel who is a really wonderful instructor. I have been loving her strength classes - they are challenging and I always leave feeling like I got a really great full body workout done. Izzi is also an amazing instructor and teaches a great hot mat pilates! I highly highly recommend Studio One to everyone!!!
