Fantastic gym, started going to the old location 3-4 months ago and kept up even after they moved to the new location. Gym is very clean well taken care of. ** not a crowded gym where you have to get in line for machines** pay a little more for peace of mind when you workout. Friends with the owner Blanca known her for years. She does great personal training. Call Blanca from Strong hold and come check it out then get signed up. Strong hold is where it is at

Blanca is so kind and has created a positive vibe in the gym. She has dumbbells, cable machine, many cardio machines and a bike, squat racks, and more. She is also reasonably priced and this gym is 24/7 with a code. She recently moved into a bigger location and we love the new setup.
