Strong Tower Fitness

Ive spent the last 12 years jumping from gym to gym. I can now say Ive found a home. Training and competing on a college level, Ive never lost my competitiveness. Though I trained consistently I still felt like something was missing. I needed an extra push! A friend told me Strong Tower offers three free sessions, so I gave it a try. I was instantly hooked! The coaches, equipment, and other members are awesome! Dont let your age, strength, or fitness ability keep you from giving Strong Tower a try. I wish I would have done it years ago! All workouts can be scaled to fit each persons capabilities. They offer multiple workouts per day and memberships to fit anybodys busy schedule. The gym atmosphere and programing/workouts were the missing competitiveness I desired!

I have never taken the steps to do anything like this before in my life. I was so intimidated going into the gym on the first day. But the environment is so welcoming and everyone from the coaches to the other members were SO helpful and friendly. Heather just helped to melt the intimidation away and focus on what I was there for. They are there every step of the way to answer questions as you learn everything. It was the first time I didn't feel like an outcast at a gym.

The BEST gym in Parkersburg- to be fair its the only one I went to - but thats because Ashley and Greg were awesome! So kind and welcoming and helped me with all my lifts and techniques. Very inclusive and friendly- all the coaches were great!
