Estoy tan agradecida con Dios por haberme guiado a este lugar , simplemente una bendicin a mi vida !Un Gimnasio de puras mujeres eso es increble y no importa la edad y el problema por el que ests atravesando a todas nos reciben por igual , te lo dice una mujer que estaba pasando por muchos descontroles hormonales por la menopausia Pero hora todo es deferente , mi energas a regresando mis hormonas se an regulado y algo qu no ava pedido lograr por ms ejercicios y dietas qu hiciera por mucho tiempo aqu en 1 mes baje 10 libras sin contar la educacin alimenticia que te brindan , simplemente estoyFeliz !!recuerda , siempre hay un nuevo comienzo y este es el lugar ideal , donde el propsito es siempre ayudarnos , aqu todas nos acompaamos , es un lugar limpio y muy profesional , pero si me gustara resaltar y agradecer de todo corazn a mi entrenadora @HellenMendoza Por toda su ayuda , profesionalismos y amor a lo que hace , siempre nos corrige las posturas con mucho cario y nos impulsa a dar el extraes simplemente la mejor Ven !!! que no te vas arrepentir , una de las mejores decisiones e inversin a tu vida

I was really excited to find a woman only gym, owned and operated by a POC woman, to hopefully start some 1 on 1 training. I utilized the online booking to book a consultation and received a confirmation text and email. Inreceived reminder emails the day before and the day of my appointment. When I arrived for my consultation, the gym was closed. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving so I figured maybe the scheduling system hadnt accounted for them being closed for the holiday. I called the number posted on the gym door and left a message. I then reached out via instagram. I did receive a reply on instagram stating they were so sorry for the confusion and that they were in fact closed for the holiday. I replies saying that was no problem at all as thats what I figured happened. I re-scheduled for the following Saturday, again using the online scheduler. I arrived at my scheduled time and it appears theyre having a photoshoot. I again called before I just went in and interrupted, but got no answer, so left another message. This seems like a really great gym, but Im finding it difficult to figure out how best to schedule or get in contact with someone.
