If youre looking for a compassionate and thoughtful LGBTQ+ friendly personal trainer, cant recommend Lila more! Have been with her for ~6 months and can already see lots of progress

Excellent customer service fantastic locally owned hometown and gym. Jen, the general manager is responsive and thoughtful. Id highly recommend checking this place out over a big gym.
