Best gym in New Haven.. The coaches are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Strength Haven builds strength and confidence a very supportive community love it here. The music is also very good get your dance on while you work out 😀. Highly recommend

I’ve been a member since the very beginning! The gym is super welcoming, no matter your fitness level. Plus, the community is incredibly supportive and friendly. I can’t imagine working out anywhere else.

Strength Haven is a fun and supportive gym community in a great facility. Definitely the best gym in New Haven! Very welcoming to all levels.
