Highly recommend this locally owned gym! The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and truly community-focused. The owners genuinely care about the people who come in and make everyone feel comfortable, no matter their fitness level. The space is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the environment is motivating without being intimidating. If you’re looking for a great local gym with a positive community, this is the place! It has a way better vibe than most of the big chain gyms!

I've been to a number of gyms in this city, and none of them come quite close to the atmosphere that the owner, Jason (along with his team), has managed to cultivate, especially with the new location of Stimulus. You can easily gain a sense of the heart and soul that was poured into the place, and that is why I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to give it a shot.

Best private gym in Reno! The new location is filled with great equipment and natural light! Jason is super nice and does an incredible job of making his customers feel welcome and motivated!
