I love my experience at Sthenos Athletics gym in Rogers. Ive felt welcomed by a supportive and friendly community. Best part is not just the workouts, but the people- everyone is motivated, encouraging, and invested in helping each other succeed.Coaching staff is fantastic, providing personalized support and making sure youre getting most of each workout. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and ready to offer tips or modifications based on your fitness level.I enjoy how every workout is a challenge, but in a good way. Always something new, no two days are alike and I never get bored. Variety of exercises keep me engaged and I can feel myself improve each day.This is a gym where you will get great coaching, feel like part of a team, and push yourself every day.

Stopped by here today to get good workout in while travelling. Nice gym set up with a very welcoming atmosphere! The coaches know their stuff, are good at communicating and good at making sure you are getting the most out or your time. If you are looking to be a better version of yourself, this is the place!

The best place to workout and Ryan is one of the best trainer I have had to work with in years. The place is awesome!!!
