I held onto my gift card for my first few sessions for two years. Im so glad I finally got started, I LOVE it! Michael turns each week into another set of achievements to get you totally addicted to the progress. My clothes fit better, I move differently, and I see my muscles building even after only two months. I joined Starting Strength Boston about a year ago. I knew I needed to do something about strength training. And stepping into the SS Boston gym for the first time was one of the best things that Ive done for myself. Coach Michael is unfailingly encouraging, knowledgeable and flexible. I feel safe and challenged. The whole experience is very positive. Ive joined gyms in the past and lost interest or came up with excuses not to go. Committing to three Starting Strength sessions a week gives me a helpful bit of structure. And the ongoing attention keeps me on track. Couldnt be happier!
