Get to Starting Strength today! Whether you have disease or not in your body (I do), I have personally found Starting Strength to be such a blessing in my mind, my body and my life. I can do even little (but huge to me) things I never thought I'd be able to do. The coaches are patient, kind, compassionate yet firm. PLEASE do yourself a favor and at least try their 1/2 hour free visit! You will thank yourself later! Happy 2026 and may God bless America!

During my time at Starting Strength (Downtown), I had the privilege of training under some of the best coaches around. Every coach there kept a close eye on my form and was genuinely attentive to my individual needs. Beyond their technical expertise, they did an excellent job keeping the classes running smoothly and served as enthusiastic cheerleaders for every lifter in the room. The programming was spot on and consistent. In just a short time I got significantly stronger than I ever thought possible. If youre looking for a well-run gym where you can build strength under excellent coaching, I highly recommend Starting Strength (Downtown)!
