Joe and the SP team have done a fantastic job for years. Both of my kids have trained here for 5+ years. My son had major shoulder surgery in October of his Senior year, and feared he would miss his Baseball season. With the help of Joe and the SP team, Jack is back on the diamond for spring training far ahead of schedule. This could not have been done without the work of Stadium and the support team Joe helped build for Jack! We are so grateful for the years of support Joe has given to both of our kids, and even more for his help in getting Jack back to doing what he loves!

Stadium Performance has been part of my son's journey since middle school — and from day one they've treated him like family. As a two‑sport college junior, he’s grown into a stronger athlete and a confident leader thanks to Joe and the entire SP team. They’ve supported him through highs, lows, and injuries, providing expert physical care and steady mental encouragement. The trainers at SP are top‑notch and always have the best plan for each athlete. As a mom, I know I can call Joe about anything. Stadium Performance is more than an elite training facility — it’s a truly special family.

I was initially sent to Stadium Performance 6 months after my 2nd ACL reconstruction, and a decade into my career as a professional ballet dancer, with concerns as to how I’d ever get back to being the athlete I once was. SP helped me become an even better one! I earned a promotion my first year back at work, and have since moved to another company, where I’ve held the top rank for the past 7 years. SP played no small part in setting me on that path. The training is hard, but thoughtful. It’s a place to grow your strength, agility, mobility, confidence, and character. Egos are left at the door, and training meets you where YOU are. Whatever your athletic goals, we could all use informed guidance and motivation to optimize progress, and curtail injuries.
