Spurling Fitness

The main reason older people like myself need Spurling is the insidious nature of slowly becoming unfit: you remember being fit as a fiddle x years ago only to discover that has largely slipped away and you now have difficulty doing anything without shortness of breath, your energy and drive to do anything has dwindled away as you become increasingly out of shape. The road to my flab is paved with failed intentions. Thus the simple structure of easy appointments and online appointments means you have the structure to convert your intentions into action. The numerous and attentive instructors guide you on the various exercises that enable you to get back into shape. Simple, effective.

I have participated with Spurling Fitness for 9 months. Its wonderful participating with a small group. The instructors are available and very helpful. We are challenged and I feel empowered and I have much more strength.

I belong to the scarborough Spurling gym. I appreciate this gym because it offers personalized workouts in a small group setting with people who are my age and looking to get healthy The trainers are fun and offer instruction and support. The camaraderie is supportive and fun which just make the workouts better. Having an off day? The trainers adjust your workouts to keep you moving. The whole experience is worth the visits.
