The Sparrow Creek Community Center has a nice clubhouse and pool, but grumpy retirees and unqualified HOA management with absurd, nitpicky rules ruin the vibe. For a fun, community-oriented pool with water aerobics and swim lessons, join a neighbor at the Villebois pool instead.
