Michelle is very focused on getting the best out of her clients, but is sensitive to issues that may cause a problem, such as lower back or hip pain. She has helped improve those areas for me. She always listens and is able to come up with solutions. The gym is the perfect size for me - personal and super clean. Highly recommend!

Southlake Strength & Fitness is just the right place for me. They have a wide range of top-quality equipment and a terrific staff. I can highly recommend training with Michelle but you can't go wrong with any of the trainers.
