I've been a member of South Tahoe Crossfit for about 10 years and have always been happy. Recently I had a hip replacement and I found out how tremendous this place really is. When I returned and started working out again it felt like returning to my family. In addition, the staff has been incredibly helpful with scaling movements to make them both do-able and beneficial for somebody with physical issues. Even my PT commented that the way movements were being scaled for me was very appropriate for my recovery. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to train, whatever their level or issues.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was a member at South Tahoe CrossFit for 5 years and got to see all the love and dedication that goes into this gym. The coaches are amazing, super supportive and always ready to help you reach your goals. The owner, Jack, is the best! Hes always welcoming and makes sure every member or drop-in feels right at home. Hes also constantly working to make the gym even better. The whole community is friendly, motivating, and just an awesome group to be around. The gym has all the equipment you could ever need and the programming is always on point. If youre a drop-in or looking to be part of a gym, just know that this is easily one of the best out there!

Dropped into South Tahoe Crossfit whilst in town for the week. Coach Jack was great, and all the members were very welcoming. Programming was spot on too. Highly recommend and will be back if I'm in the area ever again.
