Sonki Fitness

I’ve been coming to Sonki Fitness for three years, and it’s amazing! The workouts mix strength and cardio, you go at your own pace, and the community is welcoming to everyone, whether you’re brand new or a regular — you’ll feel right at home from day one. Training in Pacific Palisades park with ocean views, stairs, incline, and the beach nearby is so ideal and makes every session a blast. Sonki is an incredible coach who makes you sweat, laugh, and actually look forward to working out! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed! It has been a game changer for me!

I have been going to Sonki's bootcamp for 5 years and love doing so. Located in Santa Monica Palisades Park with amazing ocean views, the energy of the community is amazing and very friendly. Sonki is a fantastic trainer and very kind person. I feel much stronger and healthier now, in my best shape since Covid. The one-hour full body workout is a perfect mix of exercises to start or finish the day in a great satisfying mood that keeps you motivated. I highly recommend everyone to try Sonki Fitness!
