I absolutely love this place! Always clean and welcoming. The privacy gives me the confidence to workout how I need without judgement. Mica is THE BEST trainer. Even on workouts shes not with me I can hear her voice encouraging and supporting me. Must come here!

Not only is Mica a fantastic trainer, but the gym itself is such a vibe! Its great for a nice, uninterrupted solo workout or a fun, trainer-led session.

She creates such a positive and supportive environment that makes you feel comfortable right away, no matter what your fitness level.The studio itself is beautiful, inviting, and private, which makes it so much easier to focus on your workout without the chaos of a big gym. Mica takes the time to assess your needs, understand your goals, and build a workout plan that is completely tailored to you.You can tell she genuinely cares about he clients and wants to see them succeed. If you want personal training that is supportive and motivating, Solus Fitness Studio is the place to go!!
