I started going to Solid Rock Training about a month and a half ago and I have loved every minute of second of it! The biggest difference I have noticed between Solid Rock and other gyms is the friendly and uplifting atmosphere. While other gyms are full of judgemental, inconsiderate people camping out on machines while they scroll TikTok, Solid Rock keeps class sizes limited and rotates between stations so you can truly go at your own pace. I used to lift 4-5 times a week at a traditional gym, but it had been a couple years since I had been doing that consistently so I had to start over for the most part physically, but I have felt completely welcome and comfortable from the second I stepped onto the property! The coaches (shout out to Derek and Brandon!!!) are excellent and encouraging providing modifications if I need them and helping me master proper form to keep me moving freely and safely for years to come. If youve been considering trying out Solid Rock, I cant recommend it enough. This is by far my favorite thing Ive ever done for myself on my health and fitness journey!!!
