I simply love it! I feel like I’m going to pass out lol! But I love it! I battle high blood pressure even in class. But I push as hard as my body will go, because I want to eventually get off these meds and have a healthy lifestyle with a great workout and a good diet.

Facility seems nice. When I visited, none of the treadmills worked and I was told they just don’t have batteries to replace them. Outside of that, I had a decent workout

I started soilderfit October 1st, stayed consistent by going at least 3 times a week along with personal training and eating better and have lost 11lbs. The staff is amazing, the people I work out with are so kind and motivating. Thank you soilderfit for pushing my limits and helping me get closer to my weightloss goal.
