The Staff was very helpful and answered every question. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the gym was so clean!

I have researched every gym around and this is one of the best in Moscow. Really nice clean facility large and extremely helpful customer service centric staff. Wish the guest policy & key fob charge was not a thing. But understandable as a business, they need revenue & also extra guests cause wear & tear on facility. However; for special needs customers who have caregivers; this is probably inconvenient. Overall highly highly recommend this gym; it is cleaner and overall has less fees than the anytime fitness competitor who truly gouges on every possible extra hidden fee. Also the customer service lady was super kind; made the process so easy for me to start getting in shape and she figured out the system for me in zero time. Really really pleased. Also I avoid NIAC they have a gym culture that isn’t supportive one of the class instructors made physical contact with my bra and started an ordeal picking on me in class I was appalled by verbal gym assault and it put me off NIAC. Online classes are preferable, so I’m glad to find a Moscow gym.
