Passive aggressive male employee. More concerned about not having to do his job in cleaning up salt from shoes than making sure the equipment you pay for works. The woman employees are lovely and always productive!

I've been trying to join this gym for weeks. No one answers the phone, no one returns my emails with any help, and no one is ever at the gym during staffed hours. I've gone on three separate days and have been unable to speak with anyone, even after leaving a written note. The gym looks nice, but the customer service is abysmal.
