Smitty Built is an awesome locally owned Gym in Redding, CA. Very friendly staff & Clean gym. Multiple areas upstairs and downstairs to work out at. They have machines and platforms for everyone.Saunas in both the men and women locker rooms. Basketball Gym, Boxing, and specialized classes! Definitely recommend going here rather than any franchised nationwide gym in Redding.What are you waiting for?!? Go, Run, Sign up @ Smittys.

We got our 9 year old into boxing at a free trial at a different location and she loved it. But we didnt know where or how to get into something consistent until we ran into Jaja at just the right time before a group session started. We exchanged contact information and it was easy to set up some private lessons at a very affordable rate. I liked her recommendation for private lessons to build the confidence and we are all excited to start group lessons next month. Jaja worked very well with our girl and she cant wait for the next lesson. Great people, great location, and easy to work with thank you
