Ive been coming to Slash Fitness for about three years now, and its honestly one of the few workout places Ive been able to stay consistent with. Like anyone, I go through phases where I lose momentum, but every time I come back the energy in the studio makes it easy to get right back into it.The staff is incredible. Everyone is welcoming, motivating, and clearly cares about the people who walk through the door. The workouts are challenging but in a good way, and the atmosphere is always high energy without feeling intimidating.Its the kind of place where you feel good showing up, whether youve been consistent or youre just getting back into a routine. Really grateful to have a spot like this in Delray.
