So, I read all these comments about this facility. I really will never understand just how clueless people are about program design and coaches that push the athletes. Skolfields is overpriced and the staff isnt qualified. Its honestly shameful. If, you want high level training in Maine its just not possible for your kids at any of these facilities. Save your

My daughter loves going to do her training 3x a week. As a 13 year old athlete, she is working hard to prevent injuries and get faster on the field. The personalized workouts and individual attention help her focus on her needs and also make sure she is using proper form and technique. She is feeling stronger and more confident.

My son started at 11 with the Skolfield speed camps then moved into the On Ramp program at 13 which really has impacted him in positive ways. He not only has made huge gains in speed, agility and strength but has improved his nutrition greatly because he now fully understands the importance of it in his training. Some additional mentions are in pre and post workout routines and the importance of taking the time to warm up, stretch and recovery. If your child is serious about taking their athleticism up to the next level I would highly recommend going in and checking out their program!
