I started Shred415 in mid January because I was looking for a workout that focused on strength training and cardio. I have been going about 3 days a week and already see and feel the difference. Most of my classes have been with Ellie and Kait, they are awesome!!

My husband and I have been going to Shres for three years and we love it! Great instructors and mix of exercises so it never gets old!

OBSESSED!!! If you want a workout this is it! V. is an absolute gem on an instructor (nothing like having your friend wip your butt in shape). She is enthusiast, energetic, and most importantly empowering/encouraging. Love the Shred team!
