High energy, immersive workout experience. Fun lights and music. Part time on the treadmills and part time weights, all cued by an instructor. Class time goes by so fast because its so fun! Wonderful people really make it feel like a community. Super addicting.

Shred is such an effective and enjoyable workout! Plus, they have childcare!!! The trainers are super motivating and inspirational. I love the dark room and loud music that gets you in the zone, and working alongside such a great community keeps my energy up. I am so grateful I found this place to support my postpartum journey and now through my next pregnancy! I feel stronger for it Thank you, team!!

I walked into Shred415 for a workout and ended up finding the spark I didn't know I was missing! The workouts are challenging but SO much fun. Every class is different, and leaves me feeling stronger, physically and mentally.I can't say enough about the trainers, they are incredible.
