SHRED CrossFit

I can’t say enough good things about SHRED CrossFit. The coaching staff is knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping everyone improve. With such a wide range of coaching styles and backgrounds, SHRED has something for everyone, regardless of experience level or how you prefer to be coached. Coach Marcus and Julie are my favorites—they consistently bring great energy, attention to detail, and motivation. The workouts are challenging but thoughtfully programmed to ensure all skill levels get the most out of each class. They also do an awesome job of sprinkling in fun and getting festive around key days of the year, with Veterans Day and Christmas just to name a few, and of course, how could I forget Country Thursdays?. What really sets this place apart is the community. Everyone is welcoming, supportive, and motivating, and it’s a gym where you truly feel encouraged and a part of the greater area. I look forward to coming in every morning. This is where my CrossFit journey began, and its impact is pushing me to set bigger goals as I head into 2026 and pursue a new adventure away from the area.
