Met Phillip the owner, great experience, the mans a gentlemen, exceedingly passionate and knowledgeable about fitness. The gym was incredible, WELL VENTILATED very rare for a cross fit gym, clients from ALL ages working their butts off, sweating and having fun. Great vibe too. A+

Easy to drop in, coaching was good, the facility was nice, everyone was welcoming. The 5am ladies are getting it done!
