I've had such a great experience at Seattle Training Zone! Cameron is an incredible trainer who made me feel comfortable and confident in the gym from day one. Hes helped me reach so many of my fitness goals, and Im truly grateful for his support and guidance. The environment here is welcoming, motivating, and really well set up for all fitness levels and all ages. Im so glad I found this place and highly recommend Cameron to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and encouraging trainer!

Been taking my son here for a couple months and his footwork and running has improved. Cameron's great with young athletes.

They think they own the entire parking lot and will block off the north entrance. This creates significant rush-hour delays for those wishing to access neighboring businesses, since traffic tends to block the west entrance.
