I’ve had the privilege of training with Angel, and I can confidently say he is one of the best coaches I’ve ever worked with. As both a fitness and CrossFit coach, he brings an unmatched level of knowledge, passion, and genuine care to every session. What truly sets Angel apart is how deeply he cares about his athletes. He pays attention to the details—your form, your mindset, your progress—and he never lets you settle for less than your best. He pushes you in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming, and he always makes sure you feel safe, challenged, and capable.

Angel Rodriguez was amazing to work with. He helped me with remote nutritional guidance. I was able to loose 25lbs in 6 months. He made the whole process very easy to follow.

I’ve been training with Angel for nine years. He takes the time to learn what you’re good at and what you need help with. I’ve gotten stronger and my mobility has improved a lot. He always helps me adjust movements so they work for me. He’s patient, supportive, and really knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him.
