So blessed by my experience here! A friend brought me here about 8 months ago. I didn’t know it was a CrossFit gym and I’m not even sure I knew what CrossFit was. But I’ve been pretty much hooked ever since. The community and coaches are beyond supportive, kind & encouraging. There’s a level here for everyone. This has become my home away from home. I’ve practiced and taught yoga, meditation and breathwork for years, yet the life lessons here of when to drop it and when to pick it up, when to push yourself vs take it down a notch have served me well. Deep gratitude for all the pep talks, friends, laughter, authentic connection, sweat, callouses, supportive coaches & community.

I’ve been going to this gym for a few years now, and it has helped me in so many ways, both physically and mentally. The community is very welcoming and supportive, and the coaching is amazing. The coach knows exactly how to challenge and push you to be better while still meeting you where you are. I’ve met some truly amazing people here who motivate me, support me, and make every workout something I actually look forward to.
