I love coming to row house and have been coming for over a year. They sure kick you butt with an awesome workout! Matt, the owner, is so friendly and is just a great guy and he has an adorable frenchie named Betty that comes with him and hangs in the lobby. She always makes me smile. Ive enjoyed all the class formats and instructors! Peyton, Connor, Matt and Louis all give great cues to ensure you have proper form and are super encouraging to make you work harder. I love that, with the exception of the full row, you get some weight training and stretching. Its a great community and the members are all very nice! Couldnt recommend a better studio!
