Rock Spot Climbing: Lincoln, RI

I purchased tickets to Toddler Time one week ago so my two young kids could climb. We arrived at the facility at 7:58am which is not an easy feat with young children. We waited outside for 20 minutes with 8 other families who also signed up for this. No one was in the facility. No one ever came to open the facility and we ended up leaving after waiting for 20 minutes. I called and left a message looking for an explanation and a refund once we left. It is now 3pm in the afternoon and I have yet to receive a phone call from this place explaining or apologizing for anything. We attend toddler time events at all different types of places, this was the worst experience to have when we were excited to try something new with our kids. Mind you, all of the other people outside were there for the first time too. Maybe dont advertise something if you are only going to disappoint kids and waste busy parents time.

I used to go here religiously prior to the election, but the atmosphere at this rock climbing place around politics is toxic. I had someone remove the rim in their parking lot on my brand new car because they disagreed with my political views, I had people spit on my back windshield, Ive had things stolen. Etc. for a place that claims to accept everybody, they sure dont want you if youre a republican. And Ive tried to get video footage because I see theres a camera outside but every time I ask for it, they say its pointing at the other building which is clearly a lie

Had a great time with a group of friends, definitely recommend!!
