IMPORTANT: Open hours are NOT the same as staffed hours which are highly limited. I recommend you call for the staffed hours if you are planning on visiting for a day pass.Over the gym is not great, but not bad. Good for Lake George travelers. Perfect for a day pass.Mens locker room was spacious and accommodating for a larger crowd than Id ever anticipate being here at one given time. It smelled and looked clean.Equipment is mostly old Cybex VR2 machines. No barbells. Rubber hex dumbbells go up to 75, some pairs are missing. No plate loaded machines - all cable/belt.Small space, but as a bodybuilder I had no issues making do with what I they have available. Dont expect a commercial gym experience. I recommend heading toward Glen Falls for a more premium gym experience.
