Great atmosphere, lots of class time options, and effective workouts. I thought I was in decent shape because I'm pretty active and I do workout (inconsistently) but boy oh boy I I found out! Lol they pump you up and encourage you, but I never felt pressured to do more than my body could handle. Can't wait for the next class

Great local gym with friendly members. I got to drop in on 2 classes while I was in town visiting family. Coach Dustin had high energy and Coach Brittney demonstrated the proper form for each movement of the WOD. It's a great feeling to know I continue practicing my fitness even while out of town.
