I had a wonderful, welcoming experience at this gym. The coaches were friendly, patient, and helpful. I appreciated the innovative use of space and equipment to make for great workouts.

Love my gym Family! So much thought goes into workout programming and the Coaches are 1st Class! Ridgeline is the place to be if you want to see physical results and gain strength to help you live life to the fullest!

This is a really nice small gym, especially for strength training. Alexa is a fantastic instructor and I highly recommend her!
