They close early on the weekends. There isnt much room to do free lifting by the weights. My biggest frustration was the cancellation process. I called and they said I could either come in person or send an email to the manager. I emailed the manager and they told me the easiest way to go cancel was to come in person. I didnt feel comfortable returning to the gym due to other members so I inquired about canceling online. Even with multiple follow ups over a few weeks, I never received a response after that. They were ignoring my emails. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.

Would be nice if the staff was better, or even just present. Someone on the treadmill next to me was blasting music on their phone, no one was around to say anything to them.Then i waited almost 15 minutes for someone to show up so i could order a smoothie.Seems a bit overpriced for this kind of service.

Machines constantly broken. Sometimes 8 to 10 at a time. Tanning machines are old with burnt out bulbs for months. Now both broken and not working. Members are being taken advantage of to say the least.the woman who works the day shift is rude and has no personality, the manager what ever his name is who works days is even more rude and needs to be retrained or replaced. Late afternoon people just walk in without checking in. No one seems to ever be at the check in counter. If you need something other ask a question it's always a bother. No wonder why so many Retro Fitness centers are closing. How the owner would allow such incompetence is beyond me. And be sure to check other reviews and complaints. Their reply is an AI generated reply most are exactly the same which only goes to prove they couldn't care less.
