Enjoyed coming the start of 2026 with all staff have been exceptionally nice with special thanks to Ruby and Mateo. Ruby is incredibly thoughtful to each person and their level with such a positive attitude to challenge yourself as you progress. Mateo is equally mindfully to your personal goals and a genuine energy to build muscle. So grateful for their dedication and support they bring every day. Thank you!!

Ruby is AMAZING!!!! Words can not express my gratitude and appreciation for her dedication. For helping me make it beyond what i imagined myself capable of, for pushing and motivating me even when i feel like giving up!! I appreciate all the creativity she uses to create and better our workouts on the daily just for us to HIT our goals!! I been coming for months andThis gym is extremely unsanitary and poorly maintained. The equipment is constantly dirty, with sweat and grime left on machines, and there are rarely any cleaning supplies available to wipe things down. The also showers that clearly havent been cleaned properly in a long time. It honestly feels like basic hygiene and sanitation are not a priority here. Its a shame that i have to bring my own wipes to clean after my selfThis should be taken care of of ASAP
