My wife had been at REGYMEN for a couple years, and finally after the 50th time she asked me to try it, I finally did. My first gym workout at 55 years old. Amazing how quickly I started to feel better and see a difference. This gym is clean, well run, has amazing coaches, and super nice people. My wife is so smart.

The studio was extremely clean and inviting from the jump, and all the equipment is well taken care of. There are all kinds of options for workouts and ways to move your body inside. Everyone on staff was kind, and even the members around me were helping me during my workout. I'm happy I signed up!
