Orion is the Best! So happy he returned my message so quickly! I had a great feeling about him and took the plunge and signed up for some one on one Personal Training. My goals To get STRONG, Lose some fat gain muscle LEARN how to woek out with out injuring myself, I have shoulder issue, knee isdue and rods in my back so not an easy feat to Train me BUT he took the challenge and I have been meeting allmy goals and getting STRONG! I am 66 years old and was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago. I knew that I needed strength and resistance training to help with bone loss/bone density.
